Abdullah completed his medical degree in 2007 and graduated with AMC in 2009. He completed his advanced surgical training in hospitals across Adelaide, Northern Territory and Frimley park hospital in London and was successful in acquiring fellowship in general surgery (FRACS) in February 2018. He completed his sub specialty training in colorectal surgery with colorectal fellowship years at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide and Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
Specialising in treatment of general colorectal disease especially colorectal cancer using minimally invasive laparoscopic technique. He treats benign colorectal disease such as diverticular disease and all peri anal diseases such as annual fissures, fistula, hemorrhoids and anal cancers. He has GESA accreditation for endoscopic procedures and deals with patients needing colonoscopy for national bowel screening program.
He is an expert in general surgical procedures such as lapascopic and open repair of inguinal and other hernias. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic appendectomy. All skin lesions, carpal tunnel repair, in grown toe nail and vasectomy.
